Commonwealth Heights Subdivision Homeowner's Association, Inc. (CHSAI) is a non-stock, non-profit homeowners' association organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, particularly Republic Act No. 9904, otherwise known as the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners' Associations. The Association was established to represent and serve the homeowners of Commonwealth Heights Subdivision through responsible governance, community development, and the delivery of essential services.
The Association is duly incorporated with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and is registered under Certificate of Incorporation No. NCR-H-25-0036, granting it juridical personality to carry out its mandate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
To serve the Commonwealth Heights community through transparent governance, responsible stewardship of Association resources, quality community services, and active collaboration with homeowners and government partners.
A united, safe, orderly, and progressive Commonwealth Heights community where homeowners work together in building a vibrant neighborhood founded on transparency, accountability, and shared responsibility.
Promote and protect the mutual interests of its members.
Assist in the development and improvement of the community.
Construct, manage, maintain, and operate community facilities and services.
Organize socio-cultural programs that strengthen community participation and belonging.
Enhance the quality of life of residents through community and livelihood initiatives.
Complement and support the Local Government Unit in implementing programs, policies, and public services for the benefit of homeowne
Every homeowner, owner, or purchaser of a house and/or lot within Commonwealth Heights Subdivision is qualified for membership in the Association, subject to the provisions of its By-Laws. Members enjoy rights such as participating in Association meetings, inspecting Association records, voting in elections, and using community facilities, while also sharing the responsibility of supporting the Association through compliance with its rules and payment of dues.
The affairs of the Association are administered by a duly elected Board of Directors, composed of members in good standing. The Board elects from among its members the Association's officers. The Board exercises the powers necessary to manage the affairs of the Association in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and applicable laws.
