The CHS HOA Board recently met with Department of Sanitation and Cleanup Works of Quezon City to discuss potential waste management and clearing operations for our creeks and canals. During the meeting, DSQC expressed its readiness to help our community improve drainage systems and become more flood-resilient.

The CHS HOA Board of Directors’ first 10 days focused on establishing a strong foundation for good governance, financial accountability, transparency, and improved community services.

On 27 July 2026, the newly elected CHS HOA Board of Directors addressed the community with a message of gratitude, unity, and commitment.

The Board outlined its initial priorities, including strengthening the HOA’s financial standing and sustainability, ensuring a proper and transparent transition, improving coordination with employees and government agencies, strengthening HOA committees, and expanding programs and services for residents.
